About The Milk Queen
Bianca Miot, Certified Lactation Counselor, Birth Doula, Postpartum Doula, Child Passenger Safety Technician
The Milk Queens focuses on advancing health equity for Black and rural communities though creating programs and partnerships that aim to decrease disparities. I provide judgment-free, evidence-based support and advocate to end racial bias in healthcare. I am dedicated to giving a voice and creating space for marginalized, underrepresented, and underprivileged populations. As a trusted partner in the community, I recognize the barriers to care of local = families’ experience in birth and breastfeeding spaces.
My Life's Work
My life’s work aims to decrease those barriers by providing families with access to support, and real life changing solutions. Relationship building and trust are at the heart of my services. Through partnerships, new programs, and community groups, I am working to bring about a healthcare system that every family can benefit from and feel safe within.
